We had such great response to our healing restorative Sunday practices that we are adding these special sessions as a monthly series in 2019. Join us on the mat every Second Sunday for one hour of gentle yoga movement accompanied by deep pranayama pracitce and meditative assistance through sound bath, energy healing, or soothing hemp tinctures.
Our primary focus throughout the session is complete mental release to allow ourselves to regenerate and reconnect with self-healing. We will use props and ambiance to bring the physical body to relaxation, allow the breath to slow our physical function, and then settle into a quiet mind. Yes, achieving challenging yoga postures can be very rewarding, but you must also challenge yourself to build a stable emotional center and train the mind to be calm in stillness.
