Second Sunday - Restorative Meditation for the Soul

Our Second Sunday Series continues with a Meditative Practice.

Experience one hour of deep guided meditation in fully supported restorative asana. This practice is meant to gently move each student toward release of physical tension and surrender to mental stillness.

The connection between stress and physical/mental illness is well documented throughout the medical community. We invite you to explore a holistic healing approach and begin to develop a self-care practice that will serve you on and off the mat.
